  • To provide you with blogs and learning material as requested by you

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • From our psychometric report suppliers who will use the information you provide to generate reports on your personality and ability
  • From your employer when they have enrolled you on a learning programme with us

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you with knowledge about yourself to aid your personal development.

We may share this information with other individuals within your organisation if you have given permission for this.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep details of course participants until the end of the learning programme. We will then dispose your information by deleting any email containing personal information about you.

If you have requested to sign up to our mailing list your information will be stored securely on our system unless you request we remove this information

Any psychometric reports will be stored securely on our supplier’s system unless we are notified by you that you would like your information removing.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
